A miracle can be broadly defined as an extraordinary event, or something not explainable by natural or scientific laws.
Love is one is one of those things that cannot be quantified or qualified. There is no opposite to love. Love itself is the miracle.
Evidence of Love’s miracle is that a carpenter from Nazareth created and used love as the basis of creating the miracle of love. This miracle of love transformed the world with love as its primary focus, and became Christianity.
I recently saw a movie called Miracle, which is about the 1980 United States hockey team. The team was a 1000 to one long shot to win the Olympic gold medal, and had not beat a Russian hockey team for 20 years. As luck would have it, United States hockey team composed of young college aged players had to go up against the mighty Russian hockey team composed of quasi-, professional players who had one five consecutive gold medals, and had beaten the United States hockey team by score of 10 to 3 lesson two weeks prior to the Olympics. Nobody on the planet gave the United States hockey team a chance. Somehow the United States hockey coach, the late Herb Brooks, using a variety of coaching tactics brought the young United States team together in love for one another, and love as a team, and love for the United States, and created a synergy that allowed the United States hockey team to pull off a stunning upset over the Russians. It was a miracle. I believe that miracle was the miracle of love.
Albert Einstein said, “There are two ways to live your life. One is though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” For me there is only one way to live life and that is to live in love, to be love, and to simply give and receive love.
I have had miracles in my own life: the birth of my children, Kendyl and Kade, my miraculous deathbed recovery, finding the love of my life Deborah Kozich, and most of all the moment when I came to the realization that love is my absolute truth and was the absolute connector among all people, and between myself and God. Since learning to be love, I have recognized and realized that every moment of our life is filled with love, or love’s potential, and that love emanates from the heart.
Willa Cather wrote, “Where there is great LOVE, there are always miracles.”
The Dali Lama said, “There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday, and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live.
The miracle of Love is that it shall free you from fear, and when you find love in yourself and become Love, you will find your highest source—GOD, Jesus, Buddha, Allah, Brahman, or yourself because LOVE is the miracle.
